Memel (Klaipeda) Prussian/German city till 1919. After First World War, 1919-1923, Free City of Memel under French administration under League of Nation mandate. Aannexed by Lithuania in 1923, back in Germany 1939-1944. After the Second World War from 1945 in Lithuania.
