New Caledonia and French Polynesia (French Oceania till 1958) is made from several groups of islands in the southern Pacific Ocean. The largest and most populated of which are Tahiti and New Caledonia, the other include Ahe, Bora Bora, Hiva `Oa, Huahine, Maiao, Maupiti, Mehetia, Moorea, Nuku Hiva, Raiatea, Tahaa, Tetiaroa, Tubuai, and Tupai.
